Specific terms are developed and change from time to time, and a link to the relevant terms will be included representing the relevant service during the proposal, offer or initial contract stage. Copies of specific terms are also available on request.


The following terms of business apply to any or all of the domain name registration, web site hosting, SEO, PPC, email services (together "Services" and individually "Service") or any other service to be provided by us to you.

These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice and you can go through the latest version at or call our offices for a copy.


You are the one   responsible for obtaining any and all vital intellectual property rights clearances and/or other consents and authorization's in accord with the Services, including without limitation, clearance and/or consents in respect of your proposed domain name and merchant services agreements between you and the relevant banks in respect of your operation of an Online Store


You agree to indemnify and hold us on demand harmless from and against any claim brought against us by a third party resulting from the provision of Services by us to you and your use of the Server, and in respect of all, costs, actions, proceedings, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses), or liabilities, whatsoever suffered and however incurred by us in consequence of your breach or non-observance of these terms of business. This does not alter your statutory rights as a consumer.


We hereby exclude all sorts of conditions, terms, representations (other than fraudulent representations) and warranties related to the Services supplied under some agreement, whether imposed by statute or operation of law or not, that are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions including, without limitation, the implied warranty of satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing among these terms and conditions shall exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim in contract, tort, negligence etc  arising out of or in connection with the provision of the Services shall be limited to the charges you pay in respect of the Services which are the subject of any such claim and provided that you notify us of any such claim within one year of it arising.

In no cases shall we be responsible to you for any loss of business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings or for any other indirect or consequential or economic loss whatsoever.


Any notice to be given by either party to the other party may be sent by either email, fax or recorded delivery to the address of the other party as appearing in this ancillary application forms or agreement or such other address as such party may have communicated to the other in writing, and if sent by email shall unless the contrary is proved to be deemed to be received on the day it was sent shall be deemed to be served on receipt of an error free transmission report.


If you have any dispute or have a complaint, we will act swiftly to resolve them. If you think you are entitled to a refund on any of our services, we will act instantly to resolve the matter.

On receiving your complaint our Technogleam  Support Team will investigate any issues raised and propose a course of action for resolution within 5 working days.

3. Step Three: if you are not satisfied?

If you are not satisfied with the action we plan to take, you can  request that your complaint be sent by recorded delivery to;

4. Step Four: What we will Do?

On receipt of your complaint, our CEO will investigate any issues raised and propose a solution for resolution.


Should one of our clients or users be sending spam or abusing our service in any way, please email and one of our technical team will promptly investigate and respond within 5 working days of us receiving your correspondence.
