Technogleam at SIT’s Shubhaarambh 2026: A C.O.D.E. for Future Builders
Some talks are meant to inform. Others are meant to stay with you long after you’ve left the room. At Siliguri Institute of Technology’s Shubhaarambh 2026 – the induction programme for the incoming BCA batch – Technogleam set out for the second kind.
Our founder, Jyotrimoy Pal, was invited as Chief Guest for the event, organised by SIT’s Department of BCA. And rather than a formal keynote, what unfolded felt closer to a conversation – one aimed squarely at the students about to begin their careers in technology.
Not a Lecture. A Conversation
That line came up more than once during the event, and it says a lot about how Technogleam approaches moments like this. As an AI-driven digital marketing company in Siliguri, we spend our days working at the intersection of technology and people – and we’ve learned that the best ideas don’t land through a lecture. They land through dialogue.
So instead of a one-way address, the session was built around genuine back-and-forth with the students – questions, reactions, and real moments of connection. When a room is full of people at the very start of their careers, every word carries a little more weight. That was the spirit behind the entire session.
The C.O.D.E. Framework
At the centre of the talk was a simple idea: if the next three years of a student’s career could be summed up in one word, that word would be CODE.
Not code in the programming sense – code as a set of principles to build a career on:
- C – Curiosity beats Certificates. A degree opens a door. Curiosity is what keeps you moving once you’re through it.
- O – Ownership over Outcomes. Waiting to be told what to do only gets you so far. Taking ownership of your own results is what actually builds a career.
- D – Digital Fluency is Non-Negotiable. In 2026, being comfortable with digital tools and AI isn’t a bonus skill anymore – it’s table stakes for almost every career path.
It’s the kind of framework that’s simple enough to remember on a bad day, and useful enough to actually act on. Which, honestly, is the point.
Team Technogleam Took the Stage – Not to Sell, But to Inspire
Jyotrimoy wasn’t the only one representing Technogleam that day. Ayan and Pradip, Business Developers at Technogleam, also took the stage to share his own perspective with the students. There was no pitch, no product mention, no sales agenda – just two people from a growing digital marketing company being honest about what a career in this field actually looks like, mistakes included. For a room of students just starting out, that kind of honesty tends to land harder than any polished presentation could.
An Honour That Comes With Responsibility
Later in the event, Jyotrimoy was felicitated by SIT as a mark of appreciation for his contribution. It’s a moment we’re genuinely grateful for – and one small memento aside, it’s not something we’re treating lightly.
As we see it, being invited into a room like that isn’t just a felicitation. It’s a reminder of the responsibility that comes with it – to keep showing up for the region’s students, and to keep proving that a digital marketing company built in Siliguri can hold its own on a national conversation about AI and technology.
Why This Matters to Us
Technogleam has spent 13 years building expertise in this space, and events like Shubhaarambh 2026 are a reminder of why that work matters beyond client campaigns. The students in that room are the next generation of developers, marketers, and entrepreneurs in North East India – and if a single framework like C.O.D.E. helps even a handful of them think differently about the next three years, that’s a good use of an afternoon.
As North East India’s first AI-driven digital marketing company, we believe growth isn’t just something we deliver for our clients – it’s something we owe to the community we operate in.
Thank you, Siliguri Institute of Technology, for the platform, and to every student in that room who leaned in and asked a question. That curiosity is exactly what C.O.D.E. was about.
